摘要
本文主要分析国际总承包工程专业分包(简称NSC)管理的必要性、专业分包管理的特点,总结专业分包管理存在的问题,包括进度、质量、安全文明施工,图纸协调及方案材料报审,公共资源管理,合约及付款,成品保护及竣工验收交楼等方面的问题。结合国际工程实践经验,提出对应的专业分包管理问题的解决方案。
This article mainly analyzes the necessity of professional subcontracting management of international general contracting projects,the characteristics of professional subcontracting management,and summarizes the problems of professional subcontracting management,including schedule,quality,safe and civilized construction,drawing coordination and plan material submission.Public resource management,contract and payment,protection of finished products and completion acceptance and delivery.Combining the actual situation of the project site,propose the corresponding professional subcontracting management problem solution.
