《列宁全集》中文版在中国的翻译出版是马克思主义在中国传播史上具有意义的大事。《列宁全集》在中国迄今共出过两版。中文第一版是中华人民共和国成立后的产物。中文第二版则反映了中国改革开放这一发展阶段的成果。第一版照搬照译了苏联的《列宁全集》第四版,第二版则是以苏联的《列宁全集》第五版为基础、由中国自行编辑且是世界上迄今收载列宁文献最多的一个全集版本。《列宁全集》中文版的翻译出版凝聚了中共中央编译局几代翻译家、编辑和研究工作者的心血,极大地推动了马克思主义经典著作在中国的学习、研究和传播。

The Chinese translation and publication of The Collected Works of Lenin in China is a significant event in the history of the spread of Marxism in China.The Collected Works of Lenin has been published in two Chinese editions in China with the first being the product of the founding of New China and the second reflecting the achievements of the reform and opening-up stage.While the first simply copied and translated the fourth edition of The Collected Works of Lenin of the Soviet Union,the second was self-edited by China based on the fifth edition and is the most complete version of Lenin’s literature in the world.The Chinese translation and publication of The Collected Works of Lenin is the cohesion of the efforts of several generations of translators,editors and researchers of the Central Compilation and Translation Bureau,which greatly promotes the study,research and spread of Marxist classics in China.
