高强度开采双巷布置巷道围岩差异化控制研究 被引量:15

摘要 相邻工作面2条相邻的回采平巷留设一定煤柱同时掘进(双巷布置)是高强度开采发展趋势之一,两巷围岩的长期稳定性至关重要。本文结合现场钻孔成像研究巷道围岩变形破坏特征;采用数值模拟研究双巷布置时2条巷道围岩受采动影响的应力、变形破坏的分区差异化特征;提出以帮锚索+底角锚杆为基础的双巷差异化控制技术,选取湾图沟煤矿13406工作面作为试验地点,进行现场工业性试验,验证了所提出的巷道控制技术及参数设计合理性。 One development trend of high intensity mining is to set a certain coal pillar in two adjacent stoping roadways of adjacent working faces at the same time,and the long-term stability of surrounding rocks of the two roadways is very important.In this paper,the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock are studied base on field borehole imaging.Numerical simulation has been used to study the mining-induced zoning differentiation characteristics of surrounding rock stress and deformation failure of double roadway layout transport roadway under the effect of mining.The differential control technology for double roadways based on side anchor cable and bottom corner anchor bolt has been put forward,and working face 13406 in Wantugou coalmine have been selected as the test site to carry out field industrial test,which verifies the rationality of roadway control technology and parameter design.
