树脂锚固剂搅拌参数与锚固效果试验研究 被引量:7

Experimental study on stirring parameters and anchoring effect of resin anchoring agent

摘要 论文对树脂锚固剂搅拌进行理论分析得出,转速、搅拌时间和推进速度对树脂锚固剂混合体的黏度、均匀度存在影响。基于正交试验原理,确定3项主控因素,分别对超快速、快速、中速树脂锚固剂进行试验设计,通过实验室锚杆拉拔试验结果分析因素敏感性,获得不同类型树脂锚固剂对应的最佳搅拌动力参数搭配与影响因素的显著性顺序。结果表明:针对长度分别为350,350,600 mm的CK,K,Z型树脂锚固剂来说,搅拌超快速、快速、中速树脂锚固剂时的最佳动力参数为:搅拌速率分别为500,500,600 r/min,搅拌时间分别为15,25,30 s,推进速度分别为23,14,21mm/s。影响树脂锚固剂锚固力的搅拌参数显著性顺序依次为CK型:推进速度>搅拌速率>搅拌时间;K型:搅拌速率>搅拌时间>推进速度;Z型:搅拌时间>搅拌速率>推进速度。结合煤矿现场巷道支护时锚固剂使用现状,得出了锚固剂单一类型和组合使用时的搅拌参数建议。 The theoretical analysis of the stirring of the resin anchoring agent in this paper finds that the rotation speed,stirring time,and advancing speed affect the viscosity and uniformity of the resin anchoring agent mixture.Based on the principle of orthogonal experiments,three main controlling factors were determined,and the test design of ultra-fast,fast,and medium-speed resin anchoring agent were carried out.The optimum dynamic stirring parameters and the significance order of influencing factors for different resin anchoring agents were obtained through the analysis of factor sensitivity from the results of laboratory bolt pull-out tests.It has been found that the best stirring dynamic parameters when stirring ultra-fast,fast,and medium-speed resin anchoring agent are as follows:for CK,K,Z resin anchoring agents with length of 350,350,600 mm,the stirring rate is 500,500,and 600 r/min respectively;the stirring time is 15,25,and 30 s respectively,and the propulsion speed is 23,14,and 21 mm/s respectively.The significance order of the stirring parameters that affect the anchoring force of the resin anchoring agent is that for CK type is propulsion speed>stirring rate>stirring time;for K type is stirring rate>stirring time>propulsion speed;for Z type is stirring time>stirring rate>propulsion speed.Combined with the current use of anchoring agent in coal mine field roadway support,suggestions on the stirring parameter for single type and combined use of anchoring agents have been put forward in this paper.
