摘要
针对汽车外覆盖件中侧围外板制件,在修边工序中,从模具结构、工艺要求进行了分析,得出顶边梁正修在模具稳定性和模具保养上具有明显的优势,可为其它车型侧围的模具结构设计提供有益借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the die structure and process requirements in the trimming process,this paper concludes that the top side beam trimming has obvious advantages in die stability and die maintenance,which provides a useful reference for the die structure design of other vehicle models.
