摘要
根据榨汁机外壳的结构特点和外表面不允许有滑块轮廓痕的技术要求,选择简化型三板模模架,在模具上设计了“圆形流道+扇形浇口”的进浇系统、定模滑块+斜顶的抽芯机构。选择圆形流道+扇形浇口进料系统,解决了塑件上的熔接痕和气泡等缺陷;选择简化型三板模模架,取消了模架上的推料板,由定模座板带动斜楔运动;在斜楔的两面设计斜面,解决了由斜楔带动滑块脱模的问题;将斜顶设计成“斜顶杆+“T”型槽+螺栓”的结构,解决了斜顶拆装难的问题;在动模座板的下表面安装顶出机构复位块代替复位弹簧,解决了顶出机构复位的问题。
According to the structural characteristics of the juicer shell and the technical requirements of not allowing sliders contour marks on the outer surface,choose the simplified three-board mold frame,the feeding system of"circular runner+fan-shaped gate"and the core-pulling mechanism of fixed mold sliding block+inclined top are designed on the mold.The circular runner+fan-shaped gate feeding system is chosen to solve the defects such as weld mark and bubble on the product,select the simplified three-plate mold frame,cleverly cancel the push plate on the mold frame,by the fixed mold plate driven by the inclined wedge movement,design of inclined plane on both sides of the wedge,the problem of sliding block demodulation driven by the wedge is solved.The inclined top is designed into a structure of“inclined top rod+“T”groove+bolt”,which solves the problem of difficult disassembly and assembly of inclined top skillfully.The reset block of ejection mechanism is installed on the lower surface of the movable mold plate instead of the reset spring,which solves the reset problem of ejection mechanism skillfully.
