摘要
根据长抽芯结构的塑件在模具结构方面的要求,设计了基于液压动力的长抽芯注射模,分析了模具在抽芯运动、顶出运动、冷却系统等方面存在的问题,对相关的机构分别进行了创新设计。该项技术不但实现了长抽芯塑件的自动生产,而且提升了塑件的质量稳定性。
The long core-pulling injection mold is designed on the basis of the plastic part's mold structural requirements.The problem of the mold in coring movement,ejection movement and cooling system are analysed and related mechnism are designed.The technology not only achieve automatic production of the product but also improved quality stability of the product.
