摘要
从中国模具制造业发展现状与趋势、湖北省模具企业从业人员基本情况方面分析了智能制造背景下模具设计与制造专业的发展,总结出了模具设计与制造专业人才培养应涉及模具企业的模具设计类、模具制造类、数字化和信息化类等岗位。从专业课程的调整、教学目标的调整、教材内容的调整、学生非智力因素的培养、终身教育理念的树立等方面探索和思考智能制造背景下模具设计与制造专业人才培养的路径和方式,以顺应模具技术发展的潮流,使高职模具专业的发展步入健康、长远的发展轨道。
From the development status and trend of China's die&mold manufacturing industry and the basic situation of employees in Hubei Province's mold enterprises,this paper analyzes the development of die&die&mold design and manufacturing specialty under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and summarizes that the training of die&mold design and manufacturing professionals should involve die&mold design,die&mold manufacturing,digitization and informatization.From the adjustment of professional courses,the adjustment of teaching objectives,the adjustment of teaching materials,the cultivation of students’non intelligence factors,and the establishment of lifelong education concept.This paper explores and considers the path and mode of talent training of die&mold design and manufacturing under the background of intelligent manufacturing,so as to conform to the trend of die&mold technology development and make the development of die&mold specialty in higher vocational colleges step into a healthy and long-term development track.
