摘要
为了探讨高沙土地区成蟹生态养殖对水环境的影响,2019年6~10月,对江苏省泰兴市江源农牧有限公司的3座高沙土成蟹生态养殖池塘及其水源的水体,进行了一个养殖周期的水质监测。研究结果表明,8个采样日养殖池塘水体的水温和pH都与其水源水体无显著差异,总氮含量和氨氮含量都与其水源水体无显著差异或显著小于其水源水体;可溶性磷酸盐和高锰酸盐指数含量都显著大于或与其水源水体无显著差异;在8个采样日中,有7个采样日成蟹生态养殖池塘水体的高锰酸盐指数含量超过III类水域标准。江苏省泰兴市高沙土地区成蟹生态养殖模式对水体中的高锰酸盐指数无明显的净化作用;在成蟹生态养殖池塘中种植复合型水草,可以明显减少水体中的总氮和总磷含量。
The present study explored the impact of Eriocheir sinesis farming on the water environment in sandy soil area.The parameters of water quality of three adult crab ecological farming ponds of Jiangyuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,Taixing city,Jiangsu province and their water sources were monitored from June to October 2019.The results showed that the water temperature and pH of ecological farming ponds of the adult crab were not significantly different from their water source for 8 sampling days.The contents of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen of ecological farming ponds of the adult crab were not significantly different from their water source or were significantly smaller than their water source.The content of soluble phosphate and permanganate index of ecological farming ponds of the adult crab were significantly greater than or not significantly different from their water source.For 8 sampling days,there were 7 days the content of permanganate index of ecological farming ponds of the adult crab exceeded the standard of ClassⅢwaters.The ecological farming model of adult crab had no significant effect on the permanganate index of the ponds in the sandy soil area of Taixing city,Jiangsu province.The contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the water body could be significantly reduced by planting multiple aquatic grasses in ecological farming ponds of the adult crab.
