摘要
针对轨道车辆装配基准点快速、精准定位的问题,设计了一种多维基准点定位方法。该方案通过IFR分析、P&B产品设计等方法,将硬件与软件结合,仪器搭载多个测距模块和通信模块,将测得的车体数据传输至平台进行分析计算,之后根据计算结果得到准确的基准点并进行定位。在实际工作中,将新方案与传统人工测量方法进行实验比较可知,新方案相较于原方案,测量的精准性和工作效率都有明显提升。
Aiming at the problem of rapid and accurate positioning of assembly reference points of rail vehicles,a multi-dimensional reference point positioning method is designed. Through IFR analysis,P&B product design and other methods,the scheme combines hardware and software. The instrument carries multiple ranging modules and communication modules,and transmits the measured car body data to the platform for analysis and calculation. Then,according to the calculation results,accurate reference points are obtained and positioned. In the practical work,comparing the new scheme with the traditional manual measurement method,the accuracy and efficiency of the new scheme are significantly improved compared with the original scheme.
