摘要
黄瓜细菌性角斑病是近年来温室内发生较严重的一种细菌性病害,本文主要介绍了黄瓜细菌性角斑病的病原菌鉴定与检测、抗病性鉴定方法、抗病性遗传规律研究、抗病基因遗传定位研究、抗病种质资源筛选及防治方法等方面的内容,并讨论了该研究领域目前存在的问题及对未来的展望,以期为黄瓜抗细菌性角斑病种质资源的筛选利用、抗病基因遗传定位和抗病育种提供参考。
Angular leaf spot(ALS)of cucumber is a serious bacterial disease recently occurred in greenhouses.This paper mainly introduced the identification and detection of its pathogenic bacteria,identifying method of disease resistance;studied on inheritance rule and genetic mapping of genes with disease resistance;screened disease resistant germplasm resources and control measures,etc.The paper also discussed the problems existing in current research fields and prospected for the future,hoping to provide references for the screening and utilization of ALS-resistant germplasm resources,mapping of disease resistance gene and breeding cucumber with ALS-resistance.
