法治意识教育是涵养大学生党员教育的理论指导和精神养料。高校要全面分析大学生党员教育的时代需求,理清法治意识教育与大学生党员教育之间的关系,从而实现二者的有机融合。在融合的过程中,应当坚持目标上的政治性与引领性、内容上的法德兼备性、方法上的传承性与创新性等基本准则。通过法治意识教育与教育主体、教育客体、多方力量的有效结合,合理构建法治意识教育融入大学生党员教育的路径。

The law consciousness education is the theoretical guidance and spiritual nourishment for the education of undergraduate Party members.It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the needs of the times for undergraduate Party member education,clarify the relationship between the law consciousness education and undergraduate Party member education,so as to achieve the organic integration of the two.In the process of integration,it is necessary to adhere to the basic principles of politics and leadership in the goal,the compatibility of law and morality in the content,and the inheritance and innovation of the method.Through the effective combination of the law consciousness education with the education subject,the object of education,and multiple forces,we can reasonably build the path of integrating the law consciousness education into the education of undergraduate Party members.
