大学生党建工作是高校党建工作中非常重要的一部分,朋辈教育在学生党建中的应用成了学生党建工作的助推剂,让学生党建工作迈上了新的台阶。辅导员在高校学生党建工作中有着不可替代的作用,该文通过对辅导员在学生党建朋辈教育工作中面临的挑战进行分析,对辅导员如何定位自己,更好地在学生党建朋辈教育中发挥作用提出了相应建议。

Student party building is a very important part of the Party building work of colleges and universities.Peer education has become a booster for student Party building,having brought student Party building to a new level.Counselors play an irreplaceable role in student Party building in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by counselors in the peer education of student Party building,and makes recommendations on how counselors orient themselves to better play their role the peer education of student Party building.
