摘要
为了全面提升人才培养质量和专业素养,部分国内高校积极探索在传统的第一课堂之外开展第二课堂活动,然而在第二课堂的发展过程中,遇到了第二课堂与第一课堂结合度不够、专业度不高以及学生参与度不够等问题。该文结合目前第二课堂在开展中遇到的问题,从提升第二课堂专业程度、完善第二课堂相关制度以及合理安排学生时间等角度,探讨了针对第二课堂存在问题的解决思路。只有不断完善第二课堂项目体系建设,才能实现培养出全能型人才的目标。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and professionalism,some domestic colleges and universities are actively exploring the development of second classroom activities in addition to the traditional first classroom.During the development of the second classroom,we encountered problems such as insufficient integration of the second classroom and the first classroom,low professionalism,and insufficient student participation.Combining the problems encountered in the current development of the second classroom,this paper explores solutions to the problems of the second classroom in terms of enhancing the professional level of the second classroom,improving the related system of the second classroom,and rationally arranging students’time.Only by continuously improving the construction of the second classroom project system can we realize the cultivation of all-round talents.
