摘要
该文分析总结了翻转课堂模式在“果蔬加工工艺学”课程教学中的应用,从课前导学、课堂教学、分组讨论、课堂展示、优化考核五个方面提出课程教学改革的探索,希望构建新的师生融合探讨式教学模式,从而提高课程教学质量。
In this study,we investigated the application of flipped classroom in the curriculum teaching of the“Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology”course.Five aspects including class introduction,classroom teaching,group discussion,class exhibition,and assessment optimization were proposed in the exploration of teaching reform.In order to improve the quality of teaching,we prospect to build a new discussion-based teaching model between teachers and students.
