摘要
静脉输血是学生必须掌握的“三基”内容之一,是从事临床护理工作的基础,而溶血反应是最严重的输血反应[1],严重时可导致死亡。在教学中,无法还原真实的溶血反应现场,学生在生活中也只是听说过溶血反应,且其发生机制抽象[2]。该文合理利用信息化教学手段,从教学分析、教学策略、教学过程、教学反思四个方面进行探讨。
Intravenous transfusion is one of the three basic contents that students must master, which is the basis for engaging in clinical nursing work. Hemolysis reaction is the most serious transfusion reaction, which can lead to death in serious cases. In teaching, it is impossible to restore the real case of hemolysis reaction, and students only heard of hemolysis reaction in life. Besides, the mechanism of its occurrence is abstract. This paper makes reasonable use of information-based teaching means and discusses it from four aspects of teaching analysis, teaching strategy, teaching process and teaching reflection.
