Research on the Cultivation Method of Master of Nursing Specialist Based on“Milestone”

目的:构建与护理硕士专业学位研究生教育里程碑计划相衔接的培养方法体系。方法:采用文献研究法、师生访谈法、Delphi法构建培养体系。结果:该体系内容全面,专家积极系数、权威程度、意见一致性高。结论:形成与各培养里程碑维度相对应的培养方法体系,可为MNS研究生的教育提供参考和依据。

Objective:The aim is to construct the cultivation method system of Master of Nursing Specialist based on“Milestone”.Methods:The evaluation method system is established through literature research,interviews on teachers and students and Delphi method.Results:The expert Positive Coefficient,the Authority Coefficient and Consistency Coefficient are proper.The content of the system is comprehensive and trustworthy.Conclusion:The system can be treated as a reference for the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist.
