Teachers and students are the two main bodies of teaching activities.The harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only affects the teaching effect,but also affects the construction of a harmonious campus.As a position for talent training,higher vocational colleges must fully understand the factors that affect the harmonious teacher-student relationship,and effectively respond to these factors,and actively build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.This paper discusses the factors that affect the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges and the countermeasures.
