加强医院科教管理的实践与探索——以南通市第二人民医院为例

Practice and Exploration of Strengthening Science and Ed⁃ucation Management in Hospitals:Taking the Second Peo⁃ple’s Hospital of Nantong as an Example

目的:以南通市第二人民医院为例,分析总结医院科教管理存在的问题,针对问题加以改进,提升科教工作质量,推动医院持续、高质量发展。方法:采用问卷调查法,深入临床调查,分析存在的主要问题,落实改进举措。结果:医院科教管理得到加强,科教工作质量显著提升。结论:科教工作关系医院可持续发展,要重视科教管理,从长远角度将科教工作纳入医院中心工作加以推进。

Objective:Taking the Second People’s Hospital of Nantong as an example,to analyze and summarize the problems in the science and education management of the hospital,and improve it in order to improve the quality of science and education work and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the hospital.Methods:Using questionnaire survey,an in-depth clinical investigation was carried out,the main problems were analyzed and the improvement initiatives were implemented.Results:The science and education management of the hospital was strengthened and the quality of science and education work was significantly improved.Conclusion:Science and education work is related to the sustainable development of the hospital.We should pay attention to the science and education management of the hospital,and promote the work of science and education into the central work of the hospital from a long-term perspective.
