中药配方颗粒和中药饮片治疗寒热错杂型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的药物经济学评价

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Chinese Medicine Formula Granules and Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces in the Treatment of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis with Syndrome of Intermingled Heat and Cold

目的探讨中药配方颗粒和中药饮片治疗寒热错杂型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的有效性、安全性和经济学,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从全社会角度出发,利用最小成本分析法,对中药配方颗粒和中药饮片治疗寒热错杂型慢性非萎缩性胃炎进行药物经济学评价。结果两组治疗有效性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本随访过程中,共发现3例尿白细胞异常患者,配方颗粒组2例,中药饮片组1例,与试验药品无关;中药饮片组的医疗成本明显低于中药配方颗粒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),敏感性分析结果一致。结论综合直接成本和间接成本,中药饮片方案在治疗寒热错杂型慢性非萎缩性胃炎时具有药物经济学优势。

Objective To explore the safety,efficacy,and economics of Chinese medicine formula granules and Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold,in order to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods From the perspective of the whole society,the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of Chinese medicine formula granules and Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold was conducted through least cost analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the 2 groups(P>0.05).During the follow-up,a total of 3 patients with abnormal urinary white blood cells were found,2 in the formula granule group and 1 in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces group,which had nothing to do with the test drug;the medical cost of the TCM decoction group was significantly lower than that of the TCM formula granule group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sensitivity analysis results were consistent.Conclusion Considering both direct and indirect costs,Chinese medicine decoction pieces has pharmacoeconomic advantages in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.
