控费视角下南京地区代表医院的合理用药研究

Rational Drug Use Research from the Perspective of Control Fees:an Empirical Study Based on Representative Hospitals in Nanjing

为了探究在实行医疗费用控制措施之后,医疗机构合理用药的情况,并根据调查研究所发现的不合理用药现象提出相关的政策建议。通过分析医疗费用控制的概念以及现状、合理用药的相关概念以及现状,综合分析国内外相关文献资料,探究在控费视角下合理用药的现状,并辅以实证研究来对其进行深入分析探究。在医疗费用控制措施的实施前提下,虽然部分不合理用药现象已经得到改善,但医疗机构在临床用药过程中依旧存在着一些亟需改进的地方,因此可以通过构建和合理用药相关的监督制度、定期进行处方分析评价等促进医疗机构的合理用药行为,有助于提升医疗机构的医疗服务质量,保障人民群众的生活品质。基于南京地区代表医院在控费视角下来看,合理用药控制有一定成效,但医改之路道阻且长,国家及社会医疗机构应继往开来,不断完善和提升我国医疗机构服务质量。

To explore the rational use of drugs by medical institutions after the implementation of medical expenditure control measures,and to make relevant policy recommendations based on the irrational use of drugs discovered by the research institute.By analyzing the concept and the status quo of medical cost control and rational drug use,and comprehensively studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper explored the current situation of rational drug use from the perspective of control fees,and supplementing it with empirical research to conduct in-depth analysis explore.Under the premise of the implementation of medical expenditure control measures,although some irrational drug use had been improved,there still existed some areas to be improved for the medical institutions in clinical drug use.Therefore,the drug use behavior of medical institutions could be improved through the construction of supervision system related to rational drug use and regular prescription analysis and evaluation,which would help improve the quality of medical services in medical institutions and ensure the quality of life of the people.From the perspective of cost control of representative hospitals in Nanjing,rational drug use control has achieved certain results,but the road of health care reform is still long.The state and social medical institutions should continue to improve the service quality of medical institutions in China.
