消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Xiaoshi Lidan Capsule Combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid in Treatment of Patients with Chronic Cholecystitis with Gallstone

目的探讨消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月盘锦市人民医院收治的94例慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组给予熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组采用消石利胆胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率89.365高于对照组68.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组结石溶解有效率85.11%高于对照组63.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者在接受熊去氧胆酸治疗基础上联合消石利胆胶囊可获得良好效果,对改善溶石效果、减轻炎症反应有重要帮助。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoshi Lidan Capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis with gallstones.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 94 patients with chronic cholecystitis and gallstones admitted to Panjin People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid and the observation group was given XiaoShi Lidan Capsule combined with ursodeoxycholic acid,and the treatment effect of the 2 groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.365%,which was higher than 68.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of stone dissolution in the observation group was 85.11%,higher than 63.83%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP and TNF-αbetween the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic cholecystitis and gallstones,good results can be obtained by using ursodeoxycholic acid combined with Xiaoshi Lidan Capsules,which are important for improving stone dissolution and reduce inflammation.
