基于新材料新工艺的新式操纵台研究

摘要 为了提升城轨车辆操纵台的美观性及舒适度,基于新材料、新工艺对操纵台进行重新研究设计,研制出一种融合汽车元素的新式操纵台。新材料性能完全满足城轨车辆操纵台的相关要求,在完全不改变原驾驶设备布局的前提下,从外观上大幅提升了美观性及舒适度。此技术填补国内行业空白,产业化前景广阔,具有较大的商业价值和战略意义。 In order to improve aesthetics and comfort of the urban rail vehicle console,the console is redesigned based on the new material and new process,and a new type console integrated automobile elements is developed.The performance of the new material fully meets the requirements of the urban rail vehicle console,and the aesthetics and comfort are greatly improved from the appearance on the premise of unchanging the layout of the original driving equipment.This technology fills the blank of domestic industry,which has broad industrialization prospect,great commercial value and strategic significance.
