摘要
沙棘为野生浆果植物,在中国资源丰富。沙棘果与沙棘叶中都含有黄酮,沙棘黄酮是一种抗衰老药物具有延缓衰老的作用。延缓衰老是近年来医药、卫生和保健品等领域研究的热点,研究沙棘黄酮抗衰老作用具有重要的实际意义。目前,中国学者对沙棘黄酮抗衰老作用进行了不少研究,也取得了一定的成果。本综述概述了机体衰老的作用机制,重点从清除自由基抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡、增强免疫功能、改善血管性痴呆等方面,梳理总结了中国有关沙棘黄酮延缓衰老的研究现状展望了沙棘黄酮抗衰老作用的未来研究方向。以期为沙棘黄酮延缓衰老作用的深入研究以及抗衰老药物的开发提供参考。
Hioppophae rhamnoides L.is a wild berry plant with abundant resources in China.Both the fruit and the leaves of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.contain flavonoids which are considered to be an anti-aging drug with anti-aging effects.Anti-aging is a current hot issue in the fields of medicine,health and health foods in recent years.Thus it is of great practical significance to study the anti-aging effect of flavonoids in Hioppophae rhamnoides L..At present,Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the anti-aging effect of flavonoids in Hioppophae rhamnoides L.and achieved certain results.This paper focused on the anti-aging mechanism from the aspects of scavenging free radicals,inhibiting apoptosis,enhancing immune function and improving vascular dementia,summarized the research progress on anti-aging effect of flavonoids in Hioppophae rhamnoides L.,and prospected the future research direction of anti-aging effect of flavonoids in Hioppophae rhamnoides L..This paper provided references for the further research on the anti-aging effect of flavonoids in Hioppophae rhamnoides L.and the development of anti-aging drugs.
