“双轨合一”模式下中医皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的问题与对策

医教协同推进医学教育改革与发展,加强医学人才培养,是提高医疗卫生服务水平的基础工程,是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务,是推进健康中国建设的重要保障。“双轨合一”便是在该思想指导下形成的“5+3”(5年临床医学本科教育+3年临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育)临床医学人才培养体系。该模式下中医皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中存在专业不“专”,导师不“导”,特色不“特”等问题,需要进一步优化与调整。

The collaboration of Clinical Medicine and medical education and to strengthen the training of medical talents are the basic project to improve the level of medical and health services,the important task to deepen the reform of medical and health system,and the important guarantee to promote the construction of healthy China."Double-track Integration"is the"5+3"(5-year clinical medicine undergraduate education and 3-year clinical medicine postgraduate education)clinical medicine talent training system formed under the guidance of the thought.Under this mode,there are some problems in the standardized training of dermatologists in traditional Chinese medicine,such as the lack of specialty,the lack of guidance from tutors,and the lack of special features,which need to be further optimized and adjusted.
