Effect of the standardized training of pediatric residents in Zhejiang province

目的:评价浙江省儿科住培效果。方法:以2015年—2020年本院住培学生为研究对象,对考核成绩及问卷调查进行分析。结果:学生年度考核均合格,在医学知识、医患沟通技能方面显著提高,文献阅读及文章撰写能力有待提升。结论:本院住培基地培训效果总体满意,在教学、科研培训方面应进一步完善。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of pediatric residential training in Zhejiang Province.Methods:from 2015 to 2020,the students of residential training in children’s Hospital of Zhejiang University were selected as the research objects,and the examination results and questionnaire survey were analyzed.Results:all the students passed the annual examination,and their medical knowledge and communication skills were significantly improved,while their literature reading and article writing ability needed to be improved.Conclusion:the training effect of residential training base in children’s College of Zhejiang University is generally satisfactory,and it should be further improved in teaching and scientific research training.
