Sandwich教学理念结合模拟教学在儿内科住院医师临床技能培训中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨Sandwich教学理念结合模拟教学在儿科住院医师中的应用。方法:2015级及2016级在湖南省儿童医院进行住院医师规范化培训的医师各40名,2015级住院医师采用模拟教学(对照组)和2016级住院医师采用Sandwich结合模拟教学(实验组)。教学后进行考核,比较两组考核结果。结果:培训前实验组和对照组成绩无显著差异,培训后实验组学生考核成绩增高较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:Sandwich教学理念结合模拟教学优于单一模拟教学,并且在教学实践中确实可行。 Objective:To explore the application value of Sandwich teaching concept combined with simulation teaching in pediatric residents.Methods:40 residents of grade 2015 and 2016 received standardized resident training in Hunan Children’s Hospital.Residents of grade 2015 used simulated teaching(control group)and residents of grade 2016 used sandwich combined with simulated teaching(experimental group).After teaching,the students were assessed and the results of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before training.After training,the test scores of the experimental group students increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sandwich’s teaching idea combined with simulation teaching is superior to single simulation teaching,and it is feasible in teaching practice.
