摘要
目的:探讨基于PDCA模式的导生制应用于护理课余实训的效果。方法:从2018级学生中选取四个班,分别作为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组基于PDCA模式下采用导生制教学。比较两组在学习态度及操作考试成绩方面的差异。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生学习兴趣、学习体验、学习习惯和专业认知4个维度得分均有显著提高,无菌技术、留置导尿术、静脉输液三项操作的考核成绩也有明显提高。结论:PDCA模式下实施导生制能够改善学生学习态度,提高操作考核成绩。
To explore the effect of the monitorial system based on PDCA mode in nursing after class training.Method:Four classes were selected from Grade 2018 students as control group and experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the monitorial system based on PDCA mode.The differences of learning attitude and operating test scores between the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the experimental group scored significantly higher in four dimensions of learning interest,learning experience,learning habits and professional cognition,and the examination scores of sterility technology,indwelling catheterization and intravenous infusion were also improved obviously.Conclusion:Under PDCA mode,the implementation of the monitorial system can improve students’learning attitude,and their performance in operational assessment.
