浅议“烧山火”针法之补虚

Preliminary Discussion on Tonifying Deficiency through“Heat-producing Needling”

近年来,关于针刺复式手法治病的探讨较多,临床常将“烧山火”针法结合相关腧穴配伍用于治疗虚证。基于此,文章通过析源溯流,结合现代研究,探讨“烧山火”针法补虚的理论和临床基础,以期为“烧山火”针法更好地应用于临床虚证治疗提供参考。

In recent years,there are many discussions on the treatment of diseases with acupuncture compound manipulation,and the combination of“heat-producing needling”and related acupoints compatibility is often used to treat deficiency syndrome.Based on this,this article analyzed the origin,combined with modern research,and explored the theoretical and clinical basis of tonifying deficiency through“heat-producing needling”,in order to provide a reference for better clinical application of heat-producing needling in treatment of deficiency syndrome.
