摘要
对用于直升机桨叶填芯的芳纶纸蜂窝、聚氨酯泡沫和聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫的发展现状进行了介绍,对其物理和力学性能指标进行了分析,对其机械加工的工艺性进行了说明,对其在直升机桨叶上的应用进行了统计,最后总结了笔者对当前桨叶填芯材料发展和应用的观点,提出了发展的建议。
This paper introduced stuffing used on helicopter blade,including aramid paper honeycomb,rigid polyurethane foams and polymethacrylimide foams,analyzed its physics and mechanicscapability,explained its technics,enumeratived its application on helicopter blade,summarized viewpoint of current situation and application of stuffing on helicopter blade,bring forward developmental advices.
