摘要
某钢厂中厚板线相继出现了大批量345级别低合金钢板延伸率不合现象。为分析该原因,从轧制工艺、钢坯质量、试样断口形貌等几方面进行了分析,通过冷酸蚀检验,金相分析等辅助手段查找出延伸率不合的原因。
A large number of 345 grade low alloy steel plates have been produced in a steel plant.In order to analyze the reason,the reasons of the elongation inconformity were found out by means of rolling process,billet quality,fracture morphology,supercooled acid etching test,metallographic analysis and other auxiliary means.
