高低位抽采巷合理布置及瓦斯治理技术试验 被引量:1

摘要 为解决高瓦斯矿井综采工作面高低位抽采巷合理布置问题,确定高低位抽采巷的合理布置范围,以阳煤一矿15#煤层4个回采工作面为试验对象,通过现场试验,测试推进度为2~3 m/d时的瓦斯抽采数据,并采用Origin软件进行后期数据整理,分析抽采巷在不同间距下的瓦斯浓度和纯量、上隅角瓦斯浓度及高抽巷CO浓度的变化,确定了低位抽采巷的合理位置是与回风巷间距为8~12 m范围内,高位抽采巷的合理位置是与回风巷间距为56 m处,高低位抽采巷在该范围内布置,能有效的降低回风巷上隅角瓦斯浓度,瓦斯抽采效果最佳。 In order to solve the problem of reasonable arrangement of high and low level drainage roadway in fully mechanized working face and determine the reasonable layout range of high and low extraction roads,4 coal mining faces in 15#coal seam of Yangmei No.1 coal mine were used as examples.Through the field test,the gas drainage data with the progress of 2-3 m/d is tested,and origin is applied to do the later data reduction to analyze the gas concentration,purity,gas concentration in upper corner and CO concentration change in high drainage roadway under different spacing.It is determined that the reasonable layout of low-level drainage roadway is within the range of 8-12m from the return air roadway,and the reasonable location of high-level drainage roadway is 56m from the return air roadway.The layout of high-level and low-level drainage roadway in this range can effectively reduce the gas concentration in the upper corner of the return air roadway,and the gas drainage effect is the best.
