摘要
综采工作面粉尘运移规律研究是综采工作面粉尘防治技术的重要依据,本文采用现场实测的方法对采煤机在顺风和逆风两种工作状态下的粉尘浓度分布规律进行了研究。研究表明:采煤机无论是在顺风还是逆风状态割煤时,粉尘浓度都是在采煤机下风侧的滚筒后10 m处位置达到最大,采煤机下风侧滚筒处为主要尘源。研究成果为柴家沟井42222综采工作面粉尘防治技术的选择提供了理论基础。
Research on the law of dust movement in fully mechanized mining is an important basis for the prevention and control of flour dust in fully mechanized mining.This paper uses the method of on-site measurement to study the dust concentration distribution law of the shearer in both downwind and upwind working conditions.The research shows that when the shearer cuts coal in a downwind or upwind state,the dust concentration reaches the maximum at a position 10m behind the drum on the downwind side of the shearer,and the main dust source is the drum on the downwind side of the shearer.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of flour dust prevention technology for Chaijiagou well 42222 fully mechanized mining work face.
