基于三维激光扫描技术的采空区稳定性分析 被引量:4

摘要 金属非金属矿山遗留下的露天隐覆盖采空区探测难度高、处理难度大且事故易发。因此,采空区的稳定性是矿山生产安全的关键,然而传统的物探技术对采空区的探测难以取得理想的效果。针对迁安市某露天铁矿采空区处理问题,基于三维激光扫描技术,采用钻孔式三维激光扫描仪对露天矿隐覆盖采空区进行探测,获得采空区的形状、大小和位置等信息,再利用Geomagic studio软件建立实测数据三维模型。在CAXA实体设计软件中进行布尔运算,将得到后的模型导入FLAC 3D软件对采空区模型进行稳定性分析,为之后的采空区处理提供数据支撑。 It is difficult to detect and deal with the open concealed goaf left by metal and nonmetal mines,and accidents are easy to occur.Therefore,the stability of the goaf is the key to the safety of mine production.However,the traditional geophysical exploration technology is difficult to achieve ideal results in the detection of mined-out area.Aiming at the problem of goaf treatment of an open-pit iron mine in Qian’an City,based on 3D laser scanning technology,the borehole 3D laser scanner is used to detect the open concealed goaf to obtain the shape,size and location,and then the 3D model of the measured data is established by using Geomagic Studio software.Boolean operation is carried out in CAXA entity design software,and the obtained model is imported into FLAC3D software to analyze the stability of goaf model,which provides data support for goaf processing.
