基于岩石力学试验的矿用发泡充填材料配比研究

摘要 煤矿高冒区充填需要一种整体性好、密度小、强度高、充填工艺简单、成本低廉并且在充填过程中不会产生高温的材料。用于制作建筑物保温层的发泡水泥具有上述特点,可能适用于煤矿高冒区充填。为探讨发泡水泥用作为煤矿高冒区充填材料的可行性,研发了不同配比的发泡水泥材料,并对其物理力学性进行测试。最终,找出了适合于煤矿高冒区充填的发泡水泥材料配比。 The filling of top coal caving area in coal mine needs a kind of material with good integrity,low density,high strength,simple filling technology,low cost and no high temperature during the filling process.The foamed cement used to make the insulation layer of building has the above characteristics and may be suitable for filling in the top coal caving region.In order to discuss the feasibility of using foamed cement as filling material in high falling area of coal mine,foamed cement with different proportions were developed,and their physical and mechanical properties were tested.Finally,the proportion of the foamed cement suitable for filling in high falling area of coal mine was found.
