摘要
随着高校实验室信息化和智能化建设步伐的加快,实验室资产管理当前存在的资产重复购置、闲置停用却未报废、资产不能及时得到盘点等问题也变得日益突出。针对这些问题,通过对实验室资产管理的模式进行研究,结合窄带物联网(NB-IoT)技术,开发出高校实验室资产管理系统,以实现高效的实验室资产管理。此系统包括以下几部分:树莓派配合Rpi-IR-CUT摄像头组成的感知层硬件平台,NB-IoT模块组成的传输层硬件平台,与用户进行交互的微信小程序和云平台。经过系统实测证明,该系统提高高校实验室资产的管理效率,对高校实验室资产管理模式的未来发展具有一定的参考意义。
With the acceleration of the pace of informatization and intelligentization of university laboratories,the current problems of laboratory asset management such as repeated purchase of assets,idle and decommissioned but not scrapped,and inability to obtain inventory in time have become increasingly prominent.In response to these problems,through research on the laboratory asset management model,combined with narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT)technology,we developed a university laboratory asset management system to achieve efficient lab⁃oratory asset management.This system includes the following parts:the perception layer hardware platform composed of the Raspberry Pi and the Rpi-IR-CUT cam⁃era,the transmission layer hardware platform composed of the NB-IoT module,the WeChat applet and the cloud platform that interact with users.The actual measurement of the system proves that the system improves the management efficiency of university laboratory assets and has certain reference significance for the future development of university laboratory asset management mode.
