摘要
受经济全球化、互联网金融以及金融脱媒等多种因素影响,银行和泛金融之间的合作和竞争有所加剧。对于城市商业银行来讲,这无疑对人力资源管理工作的实施提出了更高要求。城市商业银行属于地方股份制银行,会受到区域和规模等多种因素限制。为了在竞争中更具优势,就应注重人力资源管理,完善体系的构建,促进自身核心竞争力的提升。
Influenced by economic globalization,internet finance,financial disintermediation and other factors,the cooperation and competition between banks and pan-finance have intensified.For city commercial banks,it undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the implementation of human resources management.City commercial banks belong to local joint-stock banks,which will be limited by many factors,such as region and scale.In order to have more advantages in the competition,we should pay attention to human resources management,improve the construction of the system,and promote the enhancement of core competitiveness.
