Quantitative Evaluation of China's Digital Economy Development

论文从信息基础设施、创新竞争能力、产业融合发展和经济增长4个角度出发,构建数字经济评价指标体系,测算得到2005-2018年我国数字经济综合得分,并分析其发展现状。结果发现,我国数字经济逐年增长,创新竞争力是驱动数字经济增长的关键要素,但也存在发展不平衡的现象。论文针对我国数字经济发展存在的问题,针对性地提出了相应的对策与建议。

From the four perspectives of information infrastructure,innovative competitiveness,industrial integration development and economic growth,this paper constructs the digital economy evaluation index system,calculates the comprehensive score of China's digital economy from 2005 to 2018,and analyzes its development status.The results show that China's digital economy is growing year by year.Innovation competitiveness is a key factor driving the growth of digital economy,but there is also the phenomenon of unbalanced development.In view of the problems existing in the development of China's digital economy,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
