摘要 对于员工而言,薪酬和员工的价值挂钩,在薪酬无法得到提升的情况下,员工无法在该企业获得满足感和成就感,从而造成企业人才的流失。企业应该对员工薪酬进行有效控制,从而让企业获得丰厚的收益,同时,让员工获得满足感和成就感。论文以广西桂林某科技有限公司(以下简称“A科技公司”)作为研究对象,对其薪酬体系存在的问题展开论述,旨在让更多的企业从中获得启示,并实现长足发展。 For the employees,the salary and the value of the employees are linked,in the case that the salary can not be improved,the employees can not get a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment in this enterprise,thus causing the loss of talents in the enterprise.Enterprise should effectively control the salary of employees,so that the enterprise can obtain substantial benefits,and at the same time,allow employees to obtain a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.This paper takes a Technology Company Limited in Guilin of Guangxi(hereinafter referred to as"A Technology Company")as the research object,discusses the problems existing in its salary system,aiming to let more enterprises get inspiration from it and achieve considerable development.
