The construction of enterprise culture is a modern management centered on employees.The paper starts with the cultural construction of the company and the innovation of the trade union culture,so as to achieve the macro strategic goal of enhancing the level of enterprise culture,improving the cultural quality of employees,and realizing the construction of employees'own and enterprise image,make the enterprise not only a workplace,but also a humanistic community and cultural system.This paper analyzes the construction of advanced enterprise culture,trade union culture and employee culture.
