Analysis of the Impact of Technological Complexity on Collaborative Innovation Performance

论文以上市高科技民营企业为样本,分析合作背景下技术复杂度的两个维度对合作创新绩效的影响,并考察高管团队特征在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明:技术复杂度的两个维度与企业合作创新绩效呈倒U型关系。根据实证结果,我国高科技企业应该充分利用自身的资源和能力,通过更大范围的合作增强创新能力。

Taking the listed high-tech private enterprises as samples,the paper analyzes the impact of two dimensions of technology complexity on collaborative innovation performance in a collaborative context and examines the moderating role of executive team characteristics in it.The research results show that the two dimensions of technology complexity have an inverted U-shaped relationship with enterprises'collaborative innovation performance.According to the empirical results,high-tech enterprises in China should fully utilize their own resources and capabilities,and enhance their innovation capabilities through a larger scope of cooperation.
