摘要
当前经济发展背景下,车间的发展离不开人才的储备,人才是车间能够长久发展的基石。在竞争激烈的环境下,车间对于人才的需求提出了更高的要求和标准,培训就是培养+训练,通过培养加训练使员工的个人知识储备量、专业技能素养等得到明显改善。但是目前车间员工培训仍存在诸多问题和考验。基于车间开展员工培训的重要意义,论文分析车间开展员工培训过程中存在的问题,针对问题提出解决对策,为促进车间发展提供基础。
Under the current economic development background,the development of the workshop is inseparable from the reserve of talents.Talents are the cornerstone of the long-term development of the workshop.In the fierce competition environment,the workshop puts forward higher requirements and standards for the demand of talents.Training is a combination of cultivating and training.Through cultivating and training,the staff's personal knowledge reserve and professional skills have been significantly improved.At present,there are still many problems and tests in the workshop staff training.Based on the significance of carrying out staff training in the workshop,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of carrying out staff training in the workshop,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide the basis for promoting the development of the workshop.
