摘要
随着世界经济一体化快速发展,物流行业迎来蓬勃发展的时期。近年来,企业对学校提供的中职物流毕业生满意度较低,学生年龄小,职业责任感较差,缺少吃苦耐劳的精神,导致人员流动性大。物流公司需要的管理性人才居多,基层岗位一般选择本地居民或有从事物流行业经验的工作者。目前,我国物流人才十分匮乏,职业院校对于物流人才的培养还需要进行优化改革。中职院校应结合社会实际需要的人才素质,建立基于市场导向的工作室平台,为企业培养适合的人才。
With the rapid development of world economic integration,the logistics industry is enjoying a booming period of development.In recent years,enterprises are less satisfied with the secondary logistics graduates provided by schools.Students are young,have a low sense of professional responsibility,and lack a hard-working spirit,which leads to high personnel turnover.Logistics companies need mostly managerial personnel,and for grassroots positions,they generally choose local residents or workers with experience in the logistics industry.At present,there is a shortage of logistics talents in China,and vocational colleges still need to optimize and reform the training of logistics talents.Secondary colleges should combine the quality of talents actually needed by society and establish a market-oriented studio platform to train suitable talents for enterprises.
