摘要
耗散结构理论为研究新时代高职院校班级管理工作提供了新视角。以耗散结构理论为依据,通过分析高职院校班级系统的自组织特征,探讨了优化高职院校班级管理的举措,以提高高职院校班级管理的针对性和实效性。
Dissipative structure theory provides a new perspective for the study of class management in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Based on the dissipative structure theory,this paper analyzes the self-organization characteristics of class system in higher vocational colleges,and discusses measures and suggestions to optimize class management in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of class management in higher vocational colleges.
