国家大力实施军民融合和知识产权保护战略以来,航空行业积极响应国家号召,促进航空军民融合技术转移转化,探索航空高新科学技术知识产权保护路径,取得了一定成果。在结合航空行业特点的基础上,详细分析航空高新科学技术知识产权保护形势,建议从建立航空高新科学技术知识产权保护体系,实施航空高新科学技术知识产权战略规划,完善航空技术协调和转化制度,加强航空知识产权管理等方面来促进航空技术知识产权保护。

Since the country has vigorously implemented the strategy of military-civilian integration and intellectual property protection,the aviation industry has actively responded to the state’s call to promote the transfer and transformation of aviation-civilian integration technology,and to explore paths for the protection of aviation high-tech intellectual property rights.Certain achievements have been made in this field.Based on characteristics of the aviation industry,this article analyzes in detail the situation of aviation technology intellectual property protection.It is recommended that the protection of aviation technology intellectual property be promoted through establishing an aviation technology intellectual property protection system,implementing strategic planning of aviation high-tech intellectual property,improving the aviation technology coordination and transformation system,and strengthening the management of aviation intellectual properties.
