摘要
本文通过对航天复合材料结构件生产质量现状的分析和对过程失效模式与后果分析(PFMEA)方法原理的了解,明确PFMEA作为一种针对生产过程的预防性分析,对生产质量控制的意义。通过全过程各工序的实例分析,证明其在找出薄弱环节、确定预防措施和降低质量问题发生概率等方面有积极作用,能够促使企业质量管理形成一种循环改进模式。
Based on the analysis of the current production quality status of aerospace composite structural parts and the understanding of the analysis principle of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis(PFMEA)method,this paper clarifies that PFMEA is a preventive analysis for the production process,and its significance to the production quality control.Through the case analysis of each process in the whole process,it is proved that it has positive effects in finding out the weak links,determining the preventive measures,reducing the probability of occurrence of quality problems,etc.,which can promote the formation of a cycle improvement mode of enterprise quality management.
