摘要
隧道排水系统中普遍存在泥砂、碳酸钙等沉积和结垢造成的堵塞问题,造成隧道排水不畅,进而引起隧道渗漏水、衬砌开裂等结构性病害。分析了高压水射流清洗法、气水脉冲清洗法和酸洗法的技术特点。结合工程案例,详细介绍了采用高压水射流清洗和气水脉冲结合化学清洗的方法对某新建高铁隧道堵塞的环向排水盲管进行疏通的过程,结果表明,经过高压水射流清洗以及气水脉冲结合化学清洗的方式清洗后的管道沉积、结垢明显减少,管道基本畅通。由此证明了这两种方法对于隧道排水盲管的疏通是行之有效的。
The clogging of the tunnel drainage system is common due to mud sand and calcium carbonate deposition and scaling,which causes the unsmooth tunnel drainage,and even the structural diseases such as tunnel leakage,lining cracking and etc.The technical characteristics of high pressure water jet cleaning method,water-air pulse flushing method and acid washing method are analysed.Combined with the engineering case,the unclogging process of a blocked blind drainage loop pipe of a high-speed railway tunnel is introduced which was implemented by high-pressure water jet cleaning and water-air pulse flushing combined with chemical cleaning.The results showed that after the above treatment,the deposition and scaling of the pipe were significantly reduced,and the pipe was basically unblocked,which proves that the two methods are effective for the unclogging of blind drainage pipe in tunnel.
