明挖隧道下穿大直径压力水管的原位保护技术 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市化进程的推进,建设条件愈发苛刻。结合苏州市春申湖路快速化改造工程,分析明挖隧道下穿大直径压力水管采用原位保护的原因,探讨既有水管原位保护对隧道设计方案的制约因素,并着重从设计、施工、监测等方面落实明挖隧道建设期间对水管采取的保护措施。通过对施工过程和监测数据的分析,认为采取的原位保护方案具有可靠性及可实施性,悬吊保护方案及实时监测、适时调整思路可有效控制变形,确保压力水管安全运营,可为后续类似工程方案比选提供借鉴。 With the advancement of urbanization,the construction conditions become more and more stringent.Combined with the Chunshenhu Tunnel Project in Suzhou,the reasons for in-situ protection of large-diameter penstock over the cut&cover tunnel are analyzed and the restrictive factors for tunnel design scheme due to in-situ protection of existing penstock are explored.The protection for the penstock were realized by design,construction and monitoring.Through the analysis of the construction process and monitoring data,it is considered that the in-situ protection scheme is reHable and feasible.The suspension protection scheme,real-time monitoring and timely adjustment can effectively control the deformation and ensure the safe operation of the penstock,which provides a reference for the similar projects in the future.
