"十三五"我国建筑领域煤炭消耗总量计算研究

Research on Coal Consumption in Building Sector during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

准确分析建筑领域煤炭消费总实物量,对于降低建筑领域煤炭消耗并制定中长期规划有重要作用。本研究基于《中国能源统计年鉴》能源平衡表、《中国电力行业年度发展报告》、《中国建筑能耗研究报告》等公开数据,通过计算研究得出“十三五”期间建筑领域煤炭消粍总量,并对计算结果进行准确性校验。通过计算结果可知,我国“十三五”初期煤炭消耗量为8.74亿t,2020年煤炭消耗量为8.81亿t,“十三五”期间建筑领域累计煤炭实物消耗量44.22亿t,2020年电力煤炭消耗5.30亿t,城镇供暖煤炭消耗1.86亿t,农村散煤消耗1.65亿t。

Accurate analysis of the actual total amount of coal consumption in the construction field plays an important role in reducing the coal consumption in the construction field and formulating medium and long-term plans.This study is based on the energy balance table of China Energy Statistics Yearbook,China Power Industry Annual Development Report,China Building Energy Research Report and other public data.Coal consumption during the 13th Five-Year Plan period was calculated and the accuracy of the calculation results was verified.The results show that coal consumption at the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan period was 0.874 billion tons and 0.881 billion tons in 2020.Total coal consumption in the building sector is 4.422 billion tons.Coal consumption of electricity in 2020 is 0.530 billion tons,heating coal consumption in urban areas is 0.186 billion tons and scattered coal consumption in rural areas is 0.165 billion tons.
