Research on the Path to Achieve Carbon Neutrality in Zhejiang

实现“碳中和”不仅使能源发展逻辑发生根本性改变,整个经济社会发展方式也将发生根本性转型。这对于努力建设“重要窗口”的浙江而言,更是一次艰难而持久的攻坚战,必须早谋划、早准备、早布局。本文认为,浙江推进“碳中和”,需算好“经济账”和“安全账”,综合考虑资源禀赋、经济发展、能源需求、能源安全和经济性等因素,稳步推进。

To achieve carbon neutrality,not only the logic of energy development will be fundamentally changed,but also the whole mode of economic and social development will be fundamentally transformed.This is a difficult and lasting task for Zhejiang,which is striving to build an“important window”.It must be planned,prepared,and deployed early.According to the research,to promote carbon neutralization in Zhejiang,we need to consider the matter of economy and safety at the same time,comprehensively balance the factors of resource endowment,economic development,energy demand,energy safety and economic benefits,then to make steady progress.
